William Street

William Street has extensive experience in the energy sector. He has a deep understanding of commercial strategy, market trading and portfolio management, energy market design, market analytics, energy settlements and trading operations.
William also possesses broader energy experience in greenfield project development, PPA development, portfolio optimisation and energy market trading. Another key focus of William’s work has been in the development of interactive market analytics and business intelligence platforms for strategic commercial decision making, compliance and settlement.
William’s energy experience has spanned across government, consulting, energy exchanges and energy retailers. William has also developed and delivered market training programs for industry participants, energy forums and technical specialists. He has also presented at international conferences on market compliance and energy trading.
William has held senior roles in management, commercial, operational, and analytical positions within both major energy exchanges and independent power producers within Australia and is member of the Australian Institute of Energy.

Harry Street

Harry Street has over a decade of experience in the energy industry in Australia. Harry’s core strengths are focused on the wholesale and retail operations of independent power producers and energy retailers within electricity and gas markets.
Harry has extensive experience in energy sales and procurement, greenfield renewable project delivery, portfolio optimisation and market trading, information system implementation, commercial analytics, compliance and business intelligence.
Harry has also led multiple projects to implementation; including energy retail billing systems, energy trading platforms and market settlement systems. Harry has worked in energy market design, market rules and procedure development as a part of both the regulator and as a market participant.
Harry has held senior roles in management, commercial, operations and analytics at several independent power producers, retailers and energy exchanges within Australia and is a member of the Australian Institute of Energy.

Adam Stephen

Adam has over a decade of experience in wholesale energy market operations and compliance as having traded electricity and gas for independent power producers and energy retailers across Australia.
Adam has been responsible for day-to-day market operations and portfolio optimisation, representing experience with over 3,500 MW of electricity generation capacity across the WEM, NEM and standalone microgrids. Adam’s experience also extends to short term daily gas operations, procurement and transport of energy portfolios in excess of 200TJ/day across different transmission pipelines across Australia.
With a double degree in engineering and commerce, Adam’s technical experience has allowed him to cover all aspects of the energy supply chain and has led him to being part of a wide range of projects; from business readiness for market reforms, wholesale market entry,
greenfield generator commissioning, ancillary service provision, trading system development, energy portfolio optimisation, deal origination and contract development.
Adam has held senior positions in trading, commercial, regulatory, and analytical teams at several independent power producers within Australia. Adam has also been selected as a member of market advisory bodies in the electricity industry.

Asset Development & Systems Engineer
Virginia Baker

Virginia brings a broad background of experience, including maintenance and operations in the mining sector and leading product delivery teams in the technology sector.
She has worked closely with stakeholders from diverse technical backgrounds, such as asset maintenance, condition monitoring, plant operations, and software development. With an analytical background and an enthusiasm for clear communication, she is able to bridge gaps in understanding, enabling alignment and the achievement of shared outcomes.
Before joining Entego, Virginia worked at a software company: managing a team, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring that anything that needs to do be done gets done. Prior to that, she was a reliability engineer in the mining industry where she looked after mechanical assets for ore processing. She particularly enjoyed root cause analysis investigations – often involving a combination of assessing failed equipment, reviewing maintenance and operating history, and collaboration with relevant experts.
Virginia holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from The University of Western Australia.

Sarah Gabriel

Sarah is a dedicated Chemical Engineer with a strong background in the energy sector, primarily in renewable energy, project development, plant operations, and regulatory compliance. With diverse experience spanning government, consultancy, and power plants, she brings a well-rounded perspective to Entego’s mission of delivering specialised energy market solutions.
Prior to joining Entego, Sarah played a key role in evaluating, implementing, and monitoring renewable energy projects at the Philippines’ Department of Energy. Her work focused on biomass, biogas, and waste-to-energy technologies, assessing technical feasibility, regulatory compliance, and project execution from licensing to commercial operation. She also contributed to national policy development, supporting initiatives to meet the country’s clean energy transition goals.
Sarah leverages her expertise in energy systems, process engineering, and stakeholder engagement to drive impactful solutions in WA’s evolving energy landscape. Her adaptability enables a seamless transition into energy market operations and advisory roles.
Sarah obtained her chemical engineering degree from the University of the Philippines Diliman.

Audrey Ho

Audrey is a current engineering student at UWA, who has a strong interest in the energy sector. She has acquired a solid foundation in chemical engineering principles and gained hands on experience through her collaboration on client projects.
Audrey has a passion for applying theoretical knowledge to real-world challenges, with a strong skillset in areas such as process engineering, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics and renewable energy. Through the workplace and her coursework, she has developed proficiency in industry-standard software such as HYSYS v12.
Audrey's role involves supporting the delivery of client projects through data analysis, market research and regulatory review. Her work at Entego compliments her transition from full-time study and she is committed to the continued development of her technical expertise and experience in energy markets advisory.
Alongside her studies, she currently plays a role as Student Ambassador for the Institution of Chemical Engineers and is a committed marketing officer of the Chemical and Process Engineers Club at UWA.

Crio Aspan

Crio has extensive experience in energy market operations, analytics, and automation. With expertise in market forecasting, data analysis, and trading tool development, Crio plays a key role in optimising energy market strategies and decision-making.
Before joining Entego, Crio supervised energy trading teams in the Philippines, overseeing energy traders operating in real-time Energy Trading markets, Bilateral Contract processes, and market reporting. With hands-on experience in diesel, geothermal, coal, and BESS trading, Crio has worked cross-functionally across retail, strategy, and analytics teams with a focus in maximise trading margins through data-driven insights.
Crio has also led automation teams, developing trading tools with Excel VBA, Tableau, and Snowflake (SQL). Crio also has experience in streamlining data ingestion and validation, ensuring accuracy and completeness in market reporting.
With a strong focus on market trends, competitor behaviour, and operational efficiency, Crio engages in research and projects to enhance trading strategies.
Crio holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from De La Salle Lipa and is a licensed Electrical Engineer in the Philippines.

Eydi has a strong background expertise in energy trading, portfolio optimization, and market operations. With hands-on experience in both the electricity and reserve markets, Eydi has played a pivotal role in streamlining operational processes through the development of market tools and automating processes through VBA scripting, Snowflake (SQL), and Tableau.
Before joining Entego, Eydi managed day trading activities in the Philippines such as market offer submissions for both energy and reserve markets, ancillary service nominations, data collection, trade reporting, and Bilateral Contract Quantities (BCQ) submissions. Beyond his technical strengths, he has contributed to various strategic projects and reporting enhancements, demonstrating a sharp analytical mind and a commitment to operational excellence.
Eydi holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University - Mid La Union Campus and is a licensed engineer in the Philippines.

Aldrich Macinas

Aldrich brings extensive experience in energy market operations. He specializes in demand forecasting, real-time operational troubleshooting, and the use of market management systems. Aldrich plays a vital role in ensuring successful and reliable facility operations within electricity markets.
Before joining Entego, Aldrich worked as a Market Operator for the Independent Electricity Market of the Philippines (IEMOP), where he oversaw real-time monitoring of energy and reserve markets, conducted load forecasting and market simulations, stakeholder engagement, worked in collaboration with the system operator, and resolved operational issues. His commitment to operational enhancement leads to notable improvements in operational processes, enhancing efficiency and accelerating issue resolution.
Aldrich is a Licensed Electrical Engineer in the Philippines and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of the East.

Analyst, Energy Markets
Gwen Gonzales
MS (Electrical Engineering)
Gwen has firsthand experience in energy trading support and power market operations, having previously worked for leading power producers in the Philippines. She has previous experience in market data analysis, developing operational tools, and preparing forecasts and reports, to support trading activities in the Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM).
During her time in per previous roles, she coordinated with plant operations to help ensure accurate scheduling and timely power dispatch. She also contributed to the validation of billing and settlement data to support compliance with market requirements.
Through this experience, she gained a practical understanding of market behaviour, risk management, and day-to-day trading operations. She continues to build her skills in energy markets and trading, wanting to continue to contribute to the power industry.
Gwen earned her Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Sorsogon State University and is a Registered Electrical Engineer and Registered Master Electrician.

Angelica has a passion for continuous learning and professional development, and she is currently expanding her skills through ongoing university studies.

Bella is an experienced software engineer, responsible for designing, innovating, and optimizing digital systems using Power Automate, Azure Cloud Services, Tableau, Python, and PostgreSQL. She transforms concepts into roadmap plans and supports Entego's cloud solutions through automation and web application development. By collaborating with analysts and stakeholders, she streamlines processes, builds scalable tools, and contributes to strategic projects for the Entego team.
Before joining Entego, Bella worked as a full-stack developer for multinational organisations. She translated UI/UX designs and wireframes into responsive, component-based UIs using React JS and CSS, and integrated front-end features with back-end APIs using asynchronous data fetching and state management patterns. She also developed and maintained back-end services using Node JS and Typescript and interacted with MS SQL and MongoDB databases using the Prisma library.
Bella holds a bachelor’s degree in information technology from Systems Technology Institute College, Global City, Philippines.

Miguel "Miko" Tansingco

Miko is a seasoned Full stack developer that supports Entego's various digital systems and applications, streamlining the various internal processes through automation and cloud-based solutions with the use of a tech stack that includes PostgreSQL, Python, Power Automate, Microsoft Azure, and Tableau. In line with this, he ensures that the software utilized by the company's project teams or its stakeholders are always up to date with the latest technologies, and are in line with our strategic goals here in Entego.
With a prior background in the continuous planning, development, testing, and documentation of various software products in both a professional setting and a personal one, Miko hones these skills into maintaining the feasibility, security, and optimization of the different software tools produced by Entego.
Before joining Entego, Miko worked as an Associate Engineer for Sercomm Philippines developing applications for international telecommunication companies.
Miko holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with Specialization in Software Technology, from De La Salle University Manila.

Jamaia joins the Entego team as its Corporate Secretary. She is tasked with managing the day-to-day operations of Entego’s operations, with a focus on business administration and people & culture.
She has had previous experience in Australian retail energy and financial services industries. Her customer support experience was focused on Australian energy companies in relation to energy billing, payments and building customer experience. Jamaia is also involved in managing Entego’s people and culture, fostering a positive work environment and nurturing talent across Entego’s teams.
Jamaia and the administration team are an integral part of Entego’s operations ensuring that the company maintains government and regulatory compliance requirements across its Australian and South-East Asian operations.
Jamaia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Major in Human Resources Management) from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
